What do I receive when I order a product?

After you complete the payment via our secure form, then you will receive a confirmation email with link(s) to download .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contains the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts and advanced clipart library. You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive. Windows users may WinZip or 7zip. Mac users may use Stuffit Expander.

In what formats are your products available?

In Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included. Most products are compatible with Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage.

What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the products?

You May build a website using the product in any way you like. You May Not resell or redistribute products (like we do).

Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.

Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design)

What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?

Non-Unique Purchase Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the product you have chosen some time later.

Unique Purchase Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this product. After an exclusive purchase occurs the product is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the product before you will own it.

Are your products Microsoft FrontPage compatible?

What software do you recommend for making HTML?

We think that Adobe Dreamweaver is the best.

How can I modify flash portion?

You need to learn a bit of Adobe Flash.

When I try to open the flash fla file, I get an error Unexpected file format.

This means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please check the software requirements.

Can I edit flash in Swish?

No. It can be edited only with Adobe Flash.

Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?

Yes.

What is the best place to find photos/images?

We recommend you to purchase images from Fotolia.

Is the installation service included in the purchase?

What is a template?

A website template is a pre-made web page "with dummy contents", very similar to a document or greeting card template, where you insert any images or text. The main template advantage is that you can preview the appearance of your future website before you pay for it.

Once you have explained to manager what exact template customize you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical customization takes between 36 - 48 hours, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)

What do I have to do to avoid delays and get a desired result?

Make sure you have all necessary information and files (texts, images) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.

If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by discussing with manager and demand necessary updates.
